Are We Losing The Fight For Freedom To Weaponized Incompetence?

The proliferation of Xrumer bot software is made possible by Google. A corporation founded though the funneling of money from the CIA and NSA. As part of the SDLP, Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin received funding and grants from DARPA, NSF, MDDS, and NASA. Maybe destroying forums is part of the plan. Allow them to fail by "accident" to push more centralized "services" like Discord.
Reinvent the internet? We've passed that point. Thanks to the likes of the FCC and others, it is generally illegal to implement alternatives. It is also convenient that Google hides behind its own policy when it self admittedly has the power to stop spam. At least suspect accounts can be put into review, restriction, or be audited.
We have an old saying. Don't tread on me. When there's nowhere for the common person left to go without the constant reminder that we aren't free anymore, they will have nothing left to lose and everything to fight for. Internet be damned. Most people don't use computers for science, exploration, curiosity, or creativity anymore. The fun is gone for most. People will be more concerned with things outside of the digital realm. They will do whatever it takes to ensure the freedom of future generations. This means people will be too busy waging a terrible war to sit down and worry about internet.
We're still in the denial phase with most people. They can still pretend to be free at the expense of the "third world." Every day another inch is tread upon us to see how much we can be prodded without biting back. There may be a tipping point where the common person realizes we aren't free and haven't been for a long time. What will that take? Perhaps the realization that we went from having one way media like paper, tv, and radio to having two way internet, then back to one way media through a broken internet. Port forwarding and all. Now with net neutrality decisions, HTTPS, 5G, etc, we're being forced into tech with persistent backdoors, censorship, and manipulation of information from the government.
I'm just going to work everyday and seeing the news on the TV. I see Youtube. I study history. I see my country and my world going down a dark path. What am I building? Games and utilities. I live like it's 2004 at heart. Partially aware, but also in my own world. Call it denial, but there's nothing I can do. I can sit here and bitch into the wind. After all, I left Facebook in 2020 due to censorship and propaganda. What can I do? Write articles. Podcast. Talk to my coworkers and customers about the connection between sensitive subject around those who otherwise don't have the time or energy to do research on their own. I can write in a format for those people to easily find credible primary sources. Help people think for themselves.
I live in the most republican county in the country. We all voted for Trump and supported the idea of deporting illegal immigrant criminals. Many of us were torn in supporting Palestine. Most of us were aware of the connections between Epstein and the elite. That's where it all falls apart. From day 1, Trump was a hypocrite. Although anyone paying enough attention shouldn't have trusted him to begin with. What a mistake. No different than Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc. Slowly, but surely we are turning against ICE and Trump. They see the stuff about Epstein, but don't look deep. The email between Ehud Barak and Epstein about Peter Thiel and his company Palantir comes as a shock to most. The thing is people have limited attention spans. Conspiracies are usually too complex for the common person. You can start explaining and they will just focus on one aspect. They focus on the Epstein part without taking note of those finer details and connections. In other words, most people are pissed and know something is wrong, but don't have the time or energy to do anything. Then there's those who would rather tow the line to be on the winning side regardless of morality.
Most people can be looking down the barrel of a smoking gun and still not see the big picture. With Epstein, don't even get me started. Between the Trump and Israel loyalists, there's no piece of evidence that would ever change their minds. They would watch their own children die fighting against the tyrant than call out the tyrant. Maybe out of fear or greed. Maybe both. One perfect example of this is the Balfour Declaration, Easter Rising, British Mandate, Black and Tans, etc. When someone tell me that Palestine was a land without a people for a people without a land, I show them that declaration. They simply don't care. Even the pro Palestine side gets confused. It was a territory of the Ottomans. It was never a formal nation until the mandate. This is how pro Zionists "debunk" pro Palestinians.
