Express World Wide Web Browser

While working on Express GUI, I had decided to work on the HTM parsing example included with Express BASIC. In that process, I incorporated a WWW browser using the routines with Express GUI. It was pretty cool, but also daunting. I decided to make a rendition in Emergence BASIC to aid developing the parsring routines. The result is a pretty neat WWW browser for Windows 95 and up.
While working on this, I got an email from the host of basic.mindteq.com letting me know Express BASIC is now listed there. This is a awesome! What's neat is a screenshot of the source code for the very Express BASIC HTM parser example is what was chosen to display for the entry on the page. The funny thing is I am working on it and now that Express GUI and EWWWB are released, I need to update the Express BASIC example to reflect a bunch of fatal flaws.
Another thing that happened while working on this is I found a bug in the DPMI edition of Express BASIC with the handling of percent symbols in strings. Furthermore, something related that was supposed to be documented ... isn't documented. This means a major Express BASIC update is brewing!
